Tanu in Sanskrit means to thin. Tanu as an intention is to thin down the unnecessary that is there in the mind at each given moment. Minds are normally filled with lots of internal noises from its likes and dislikes, mental commentary like self critique and expectations, memories, emotions, and etc. The presence of these unnecessary occupants in our minds obscure us from the true experience of each moment. To be able to connect fully to each moment, we will need to constantly tanu/ thin out the unnecessary of each moment and one of the easiest teachnique is to watch our breath. Just by having part of our awareness watch the breath, a natural thinning out of the unnecessary will start to occur. 
This elegant double-faced bracelet which feature the tanu intention on one side and the Intention Adornments' symbol on the other, when worn, will regularly remind its wearer to keep thinning out the unnecessary of each moment simply by witnessing and experiencing breath.  Constant tanu practice may lead to a reality of inner spaciousness where a pure receiving of that which is present and auspicious will be more easily available to the wearer.

  • RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    All sales are final. Certain Intention Adornments pieces may be exchanged in CLARITY AND HARMONY’s discretion within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 20% stocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

  • SHIPPING POLICY

    Domestic shipping (within Malaysia) is free of charge. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via courier. CLARITY AND HARMONY is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and CLARITY AND HARMONY is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over USD 1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. CLARITY AND HARMONY is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves CLARITY AND HARMONY. If your order is sent back to CLARITY AND HARMONY by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. CLARITY AND HARMONY does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
