Terms and Conditions
1. ORDERS
Orders must be placed online at www.clarityandharmony.com. Personalised orders can be made and confirmed via email: info@clarityandharmony.com. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. CLARITY AND HARMONY reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by ClarityandHarmony.com. All jewellery orders are custom made to order. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Each Intention Adornments piece takes approximately 3 - 4 weeks to produce. All orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. Should you need your order before that time frame, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order. If this is possible, we will provide you with the additional cost and additional payment will be due. Please note that the images of the letters, numbers, and enamel pieces are for visual reference only. The actual product may vary slightly in shape, size, and colour from what is pictured.
2. SHIPPING
Domestic shipping (within Malaysia) is free of charge. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via courier. CLARITY AND HARMONY is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and CLARITY AND HARMONY is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over USD 1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. CLARITY AND HARMONY is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves CLARITY AND HARMONY. If your order is sent back to CLARITY AND HARMONY by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. CLARITY AND HARMONY does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
3. CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We aim to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information on the website at all times. However, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). In the event a catalogue product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, CLARITY AND HARMONY shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CLARITY AND HARMONY shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
4. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment via bank transfers or Visa, MasterCard and American Express via PAYPAL. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
5. PROMOTIONS
Any promotions offered by CLARITY AND HARMONY will state the time frame in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or excluded products. CLARITY AND HARMONY reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, CLARITY AND HARMONY has the right to cancel these orders and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user. Only one discount or coupon per order.
6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. Certain Intention Adornments pieces may be exchanged in CLARITY AND HARMONY’s discretion within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 20% stocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
7. CLARITY AND HARMONY PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service or the Site. You acknowledge that the Site and the Service contains copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property of CLARITY AND HARMONY. Unless specifically stated otherwise, CLARITY AND HARMONY owns the copyright to the Site, all images on the Site and on all jewellery designs as well as the rights in several trademarks. You agree not to infringe upon CLARITY AND HARMONY’s intellectual property rights in any manner.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. CLARITY AND HARMONY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CLARITY AND HARMONY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, AND (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL ACCESSED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. NO INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM CLARITY AND HARMONY OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT CLARITY AND HARMONY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF ANY FUNDS, TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE, LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR ANY OTHER LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE USE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OR OTHER SITES; (iii) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY YOU MAY ACCESS THROUGH THE SERVICE; OR (iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
It’s a good idea to always store your jewelry in a dry and air-tight place. Wear your jewelry often, but be sure to remove it when showering, swimming, or working with certain chemicals or foods that contain sulfur. As a general rule, it’s always best to put on your jewelry last when getting dressed. Polishing your jewelry before it becomes too tarnished will minimize the amount of work needed.
