The most common meaning of atha is "to ground" however atha also means "the present moment" and auspiciousness. According to yogic teachings, there is auspiciousness in every moment, however to be able to recognize and connect to whatever is auspicious in each moment, we will need to be grounded in the present. If we are not present, we will have missed out on recognizing and connecting to the auspiciousness that is present. Every time we find ourselves preoccupied with stories, memories or future plans, know that we have allowed ourselves to be abducted from the present and from the possibility of continuously recognizing and connecting to current auspiciousness. To come back to the atha, we need to ground into that which operates only in the present, which is the body or the breath because body and breath only operates in the present.     Domestic shipping (within Malaysia) is free of charge. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via courier. CLARITY AND HARMONY is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and CLARITY AND HARMONY is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over USD 1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. CLARITY AND HARMONY is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves CLARITY AND HARMONY. If your order is sent back to CLARITY AND HARMONY by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. CLARITY AND HARMONY does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
